HO CHI MINH CITY | Beer Plaza, it should be said from the outset, is not the place to go if you want to enjoy Vietnamese beers. The focus in this beer store/bar is on Belgian, German, and Czech beers, with an emphasis on lagers and heavier beers. Think beers like La Trappe Quadrupel, Rochefort, and Staropramen. The space itself is set up as a shop, with the beer bottles neatly arranged on shelves. Seating in the centre of the shop is limited, with a capacity of around 20, and you can drink your beers in the venue, or take them away.
