MEDELLIN | Belisario is a cocktail bar in El Poblado that’s popular with backpackers and visitors who tend to stay around this part of town.
The venue is split across three levels and is very open, with a retractable rooftop and lots of greenery. It makes for a fun, laid back space which suits the area well.
The food and drinks at Belesario are inspired by Colombia and Mexico, and fuse the flavours of both. We haven’t eaten here, and have heard mixed reports about the food, but we did enjoy several cocktails which were delicious. Service and music were also great. We recommend you get here early and grab a spot on the balcony, where you can watch Medellin’s vibrant nightlife on the street below.
