OLLANTAYTAMBO | Market Gabriel is a small market in Ollantaytambo, located just off the town’s main square where the bus terminal is. The market might be close to the touristy part of town, but it’s frequented by locals, and is where you go to find some of the tastiest food in town. Head to the second floor and you’ll see lots of locals enjoying all kinds of traditional, affordable dishes. The only hard part is deciding what to eat, as everything is delicious.
