LIMA | Museo del Pisco is not a museum in the traditional sense, rather it is a bar that focuses on Pisco education (and drinking of course). Here you can learn about the history of Pisco, how it is made and the grape varietals that result in different types of Pisco. In our opinion the best way to learn about this delicious spirit is to take a hands on approach. We highly recommend one of the Pisco degustations. During this experience a very knowledgeable member of staff walks you through a range of different piscos and explains the flavour profile of each. It is a great way to find out what type of pisco you prefer. If drinking straight Pisco isn’t for you, there is also a selection of delicious Pisco sours and other cocktails on offer.
