MELBOURNE | The Terminus Hotel Fitzroy North is 160 year old pub that’s a pub of two halves. One side features the dining room, featuring elevated pub fare, TVs showing sports and fantastic steaks while the other side is the more casual spot featuring stools and tables, a small beer garden and a more casual menu with Asian and American influences. It’s a real local’s venue and you’ll see all kinds of people mingling here – families, groups of friends, young people and old people. Service is friendly, the staff know their stuff and are always happy to talk about what’s on offer.

The Terminus is one of Melbourne’s top craft beer venues, and has 32 taps featuring a rotating selection of around 16 different beers at any given time. There’s always a good range on tap, and the beers move fast. In fact, the tap list can change multiple times in a given day. There’s a focus on local, independent brewers, and a mixture of core range beers plus seasonal and one-off concoctions. For non-beer drinkers there’s a focused list of quality local wines on offer too, along with the usual spirits.
