WAHGUNYAH | All Saints Estate is one of the most impressive wineries in the Rutherglen, its imposing castle architecture and turrets greeting you as you approach its entrance. The castle dates back to 1864, when Scottish immigrants George Sutherland Smith and John Banks founded All Saints Estate. The winery is still family owned today and produces a range of wines spanning all of the styles that you’d expect to find in this part of the world. The cellar door is one of the most extensive in the region and the selection of wines on offer is impressive.

The informative yet relaxed structure of tastings start with the White Label Estate Range, before moving onto the Premium Range and then to the internationally lauded Family Cellar Range and Fortified Wines. There are also small batch limited release wines available only at the cellar door. We’re big fans of their fortified wines – the NV All Saints Estate Rutherglen Muscat in particular is one of our favourites.

If it’s food you’re after, then the award-winning one hat Terrace Restaurant located next to the cellar door is well worth your consideration with its menu of modern Australian food made using local, seasonal produce. For something a bit more casual, or to take away, check out Ingido Food Co next door for some fantastic cheese, charcuterie and local produce. The staff will happily make up cheese and produce platters for you to enjoy on the grounds or to take away.
