MELBOURNE | Food with a purpose is always something we can get behind, and Anglicare Victoria‘s Gastronomique certainly fits the bill. Now in it’s 12th year, this night of signature dishes, fine wine and entertainment is both a highlight in the Melbourne food and wine diary, and an evening in which to support those in need.
Gastronomique brings together 20 of Victoria’s best chefs and restaurants. The chefs donate their time and produce to cook for 500 people to raise money to support children, young people and families.
Chefs who are donating their time, produce and expertise in 2016 include:
- Adam D’Sylva – Coda and Tonka
- Dusty Treweek – Bottega
- Daniel Kranjcic – Cecconi’s Flinders Lane
- Ashly Hicks – Circa, The Prince
- Scott Pickett – Estelle
- Matt Dempsey – Gladioli
- Perry Schagen – The Graham
- Daniel Wilson – Huxtable
- Zac Cribbe – Lucy Lui
- Sonia Anthony – Masons of Bendigo

- Andy Harmer – The Point
- Ben Piggot – Supernormal

To say that the list is impressive is an understatement!
