LONDON | The team behind Brick Lane’s Big Chill Bar have been running a second venue, Big Chill House, since 2011. This rustic rooftop bar in King’s Cross is located on top of a former Georgian Pub, decked out with little food and drink huts, fruit plants and a few sun loungers for those rare sunny days. These guys are serving burgers, tacos and all your other greasy favourites throughout the week as well as bottomless brunch and Bloody Mary’s on Sundays. It’s the perfect hangover destination.
It’s not just a place for the summer either – during winter, the wooden canapes offer shelter, and heated lamps keep things warm, meaning you can enjoy one of London’t best rooftops all year round. It’s open seven days a week, but the best time to visit is between Thursday and Sunday, when resident DJs spin a variety of bumping tunes to keep the party going well into the night.
