SYDNEY | Brazilian Flame is a small spot on Botany Road in Zetland, inspired by the traditional of Brazilian barbecue culture. Good food and fun times gathering with family and friends.
It specialises in Brazilian barbecue, from the popular beef rump cap steak (picanha) roll followed, pork, lamb, chicken, and chorizo. Beyond rolls, you can also buy meat platters, and plates of your choice of meat with a serve of their wonderfully spiced fries with flame smoked mayo.
There’s also an assortment of sides like salad, cassava chips, and rice, and specialties like feijoada.
Meat is of the highest quality, and there’s a dedicated butcher section to the side where you can buy raw meat to cook at home, as well as Brazilian pantry items.
