MELBOURNE | The Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt and Family Picnic is back at Werribee Park for 2018. Now in its 18th year, the Cadbury Easter Bunny will hide 400,000 Cadbury Easter Eggs for kids to find, making it the largest Easter egg hunt of its kind in Australia.
We love this event not just because it involves lots of delicious chocolate, but because all proceeds from the day will go towards The Royal Children’s Hospital’s Good Friday Appeal.
It’s not just about hunting for eggs either – the fun-filled day will be packed with family activities including an arts and crafts tent, carnival area, pony rides, face painting and sack races, along with plenty of Cadbury chocolate.
Since its foundation in 2001, the Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt and Family Picnic has raised over $1 million for The Royal Children’s Hospital’s Good Friday Appeal. This year, Cadbury proceeds will specifically go towards funding the hospital’s telehealth service which enables clinicians to conduct online video consultations with patients to provide specialist care to children in rural and regional areas. Get in fast, because this will sell out, as it has every year. Tickets go on sale at Ticketmaster from 14 February 2018.
