MEDELLIN | Café con Mucho Amor is a family run cafe in Medellin’s Centro Comercial Palacio Nacional with a reputation for warm, friendly service, and fantastic coffee.
Diego Buitrago Duque started the Café con Mucho Amor in 2012 along with his parents, all of who had prior experience in the coffee industry. Diego and his family have a clear passion for Colombian coffee, and interact with customers in an engaging way, happy to teach them about the ins and outs of the coffee they sell, an the various brewing methods they use.
As well as an assortment of espresso and filter drinks, Café con Mucho Amor also sell delicious iced and flavoured coffees, along with interesting drinks such as cascara infusions, made from the pulp husk of the coffee bean.
The space itself is grand, with seats and tables in an open area of the architecturally impressive Palacio Nacional allowing customers to take in the beauty of the building’s interior. A great option for coffee in downtown Medellin.
