MELBOURNE | Eva On Drummond occupies the front room of former bar Markov (the Moor’s Head now occupies the former back room), with the main point of difference versus the old bar being the focus on wine. The small space features lots of brick, wood, and natural light, and is made for relaxing with friends.
The wine list numbers over 150, with a range of “good fun” drinks covering a variety of styles from around the world. If it’s something other than wine you want, there’s a small selection of bottled and tapped cocktails and beers. For food it’s simple bites like chips, prawn skewers, and cheese boards.
