ADELAIDE | I don’t do a lot of breakfasts and brunches out these days, so when I do I really want to make it count.
A search for good coffee in Adelaide quickly brought up nearby to my Airbnb, Exchange Specialty Coffee. The breakfast options looked quite good, and the dedication to high quality coffee, brewed in a variety of ways, was clear, so I decided to pay them a visit.
I wanted something light, and these overnight oats with coconut, mango, chia, passionfruit coulis & dehydrated kiwi fruit, fit the bill nicely. For coffee, it was a single origin Market Lane Colombian bean batch brewed on ice that got me going.
Fuelled for the day and ready to explore.
