AUSTIN | Growler USA (Austin UT) is the Austin branch of craft beer chain Growler USA. The impressive tap list features 100 craft beers on tap, all American, with a focus on Texas microbreweries. If beer’s not your thing, Growler USA also offers kombucha, hard ciders, draft wines, root beers, and cold-pressed coffee.

All staff are Cicerone Certified Beer Servers so if you need any help navigating the huge list, the staff are more than capable of finding the right beer for you. Along with the familiar suspects, the folks at Growler USA are always on the lookout for harder to find, small batch brews, which means that whenever you visit you’re always likely to find a few things you haven’t seen elsewhere, and might never be able to find anywhere else in Austin.

The food offering is simple, but tasty pub food like tacos, bratwurst, sliders, and chicken wings.

The space does feel a bit sterile compared to other craft beer venues in Austin, but the sheer volume of beers on offer and friendliness of the staff makes a visit to Growler USA well worth it. Keep an eye out on their social media pages for details of special events such as sour day, hoppy day, tap takeovers, and 50% off growler fills.
