SINGAPORE | iNCOGNiTO Bar is a small craft beer bar located at the side of popular cafe Chye Seng Huat Hardware. by the people behind Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall and Shin Gi Tai. It has a rotating selection of two taps, along with a fridge featuring several bottled beers from around the world. Think Stone, Deschutes, Pasteur Street, and Moon Dog. The bar’s frequent rotation policy means that you’re likely to find something new every time you visit.
Food wise it’s a more casual menu than the cafe next door – think pub favourites like burgers, fish & chips and the like.
There might be places in Singapore with bigger ranges of craft beer, but iNCOGNiTO Bar is still worth visiting. It’s a relaxing space to enjoy a drink, and has a great atmosphere, especially when the sun goes down and the candles are lit.
