During Melbourne’s lockdown 2.0, I’ve been unable to take you into the restaurant kitchens of Melbourne, so I decided to do a little something in my own kitchen.
In this video, I show you how to make a classic American diner sandwich, the Patty Melt, which I first encountered in Austin, Texas.
I originally filmed this so that I could practice some things, but when I posted a photo of the Patty Melt in Instagram, many people said that they wanted to see the video, so here it is in all of its amateur hour glory.
