Over the past 3 years, Daniel and the team have been experimenting with barrel ageing a range of whiskies, and have tried several different barrel finishes. This has culminated in a final product, The Noble Bootlegger Single Barrel Finish Single Malt Whisky. They’ve recently launched a Pozible campaign to help raise funds to purchase new barrels, bottles and the base whisky with the aim of being able to produce “The Noble Bootlegger”. Finding the right barrels, bottles and whisky from overseas is expensive, hence the campaign.
