HO CHI MINH CITY | Pasteur Street Brewing Co (Le Thanh Ton) is one of several locations of renowned Vietnamese craft brewery, Pasteur Street Brewing Co. It’s located a short walk from the original location on Pasteur Street, with a more airy spot, open to the street, in which to enjoy your beer.
The brewery has become famous for its approach combining American craft brewing techniques with fresh ingredients locally sourced to create delicious and unique craft beer, Pasteur Street Brewing Co. The full core range and rotating seasonal beers are on tap here, with tasting paddles and full pours offered.
Try the award-winning, big cacao flavours of the 13.0% ABV Cyclo Imperial Chocolate Stout, or the floral, 6.5% ABV Jasmine IPA, which balances delicate Jasmine with big hops. The 4.3% ABV Dragon Fruit Gose is a another winner, which really suits the hot, humid Vietnam climate.
For food, it’s a menu of American bar food which, like the beer, takes cues from local flavours of ingredients. There’s the classic buffalo wings with range, but also nuoc mam (fish sauce wings). The burgers and low and slow American BBQ are quality.
