LAKE BUNGA | Red Bluff Brewers are an independent brewery in Lake Bunga, which is next to Lakes Entrance. The brewery was launched in 2017 by Wayne and Donna Burnett, who moved to the area from Melbourne and realised that there weren’t any local craft beers available.
In 2020, they opened their tap room, and it’s been very popular with locals and visitors alike. There’s rotating food trucks and live music, and of course, the beer. Tasting paddles are offered for those wanting to sample a few things, be it some core range beers or rotating seasonal creations.
I highly recommend the 3 Lakes Tropical Ale, a sessionable 4.3% ABV Pale Ale with flavours of passionfruit, peach and pineapple, and the Blush & Desire Strawberry Gose, a 3.8% gose brewed with local Gippsland strawberries.
