CHICAGO | Have you heard the hype about the beloved 90s sitcom pop up shop that’s shaking things up in Wicker Park? Saved By The Max brings one of our favorite diners to life, complete with vibrantly colored booths and 90s jams.

Saved by the Bell fans can snap pictures at their favorite characters’ lockers before chowing down on the series-inspired meals. We were invited to experience the nostalgic vibes and sample some of the diner’s newest menu items, including the Lobster Roll, Senior Prom Salad and Snow White and the Seven Dorks (a.k.a, tangy chicken wings).

Additional dinner items worth a try include the classic Bayside Burger, the Kelly Kapowski monte cristo and Lisa’s Grilled Cheese. Saved by the Max even serves a range of beers, fun cocktails and shakes. Not feeling diner food for dinner? Go for brunch, instead! In the end, this place is all about the experience.

Don’t miss out – Saved by the Max is now in it’s final semester. Come May 31, the popular popup will hit the road for its national tour. Visit the website to make your reservations.
