This Sriracha yoghurt dipping sauce recipe is really simple to whip up and provides a nice sauce for a range of uses. The yoghurt provides a fresh aspect to the dip while the Sriracha provides just the right kick to spice things up.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes / Cooking Time: n/a / Makes: 160g sauce
Ingredients
- 150g natural or Greek yoghurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 10g Sriracha
- 2g salt
Method
- Mix all of the ingredients together and you’re done!
Notes
This sauce works really well with my tangy baked popcorn chicken recipe which you can find here. It also works really well as a lamb or pulled pork burger/sandwich sauce.
You can adjust the ratio of ingredients to your liking, but I find that these proportions make for the perfect balance of flavours.
