TOKYO | UTRECHT is a small independent bookstore in the backstreets of Jingumae, Shibuya that focuses on zines, art, design and fashion titles. Owned by book lover and radio personaliy Hiroshi Eguchi, it’s the place to go if you’re looking for unique design titles, small run editions, and self published print works.

UTRECHT co-hosts the Tokyo Art Book Fair, and holds/organises several interesting events throughout the year. International and Japanese artists are showcased, and there are plenty of English language titles on offer.

It’s definitely worth visiting for anyone with even a passing interest in print, and those looking to discover something new and interesting.
