Belle’s Hot Chicken Comes To Sydney

SYDNEY | Get ready Sydneysiders, Melbourne’s beloved chicken restaurant, Belle’s Hot Chicken, is coming up your way for a limited time only.

Belle’s will be making its northern debut in Barangaroo, at the south end of the city’s brand new Wulugul lifestyle hub, surrounded by a host of other casual food outlets, for a nine-month residency beginning Wednesday the 25th of November.

For those unaware, Belle’s Hot Chicken is the creation of Chef Morgan McGlone and is born from the chef’s time working in Nashville kitchen, Husk. Since its launch in the Melbourne suburb of Fitzroy, Belle’s has fast become an institution in the city, specialising in Nashville-style chicken, a unique selection of wine and beer, and an always great hip hop soundtrack. If you want to know more about the kind of food and drinks that they serve, and what we at The City Lane think about them, you can check out our review of the Fitzroy outpost here.

If you’re a fan of spiced and hot chicken, we suggest you get down to Barangaroo from the 25th of November. But be warned, if it’s anything like its Melbourne counterpart, we suspect there will be a queue.
