TOKYO | Craft Beer Bar iBrew is an intimate craft beer spot on the border of Ginza and Yaesu. The venue feels a bit like a traditional pub merged with an Izakaya with low lighting a dark wood furnishings. At the front is the open kitchen, with bar seating around it, and behind it, a second room with a few booths and tables.
The tap list is 40 beers strong and rotates often. It’s mostly Japanese craft beers from breweries like Coedo, Baird and Fujizakura Kogen, along with a few beers from international craft breweries like Founders, Rogue, and BrewDog too. Compared to many other craft beer spots in town, the prices here are very reasonable, and tasting flights are offered if you want to try a few different things.
Food is simple, with a handful of Western pub and Japanese izakaya favourites like fish and chips and gyoza.
