CHICAGO | Osmium Coffee Bar is the Lakeview cafe from roasters Dark Matter Coffee, and offers a range of mostly espresso based drinks, including iced coffee on tap and the popular cinnamon and chocolate agave latte and “Mayan Mocha”, which features chocolate, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and agave. Dark Matter engage in Fair Trade practices and have a sustainable supply chain from start to end, so you know that you’re drinking an ethically responsible cup of coffee every time you visit Osmium.
Hungry folk can enjoy pastries and sandwiches from Do-Rite Donuts, West Town Bakery & Diner, and Sauce and Bread Kitchen.
The fitout is not quite as eclectic as the other Dark Matter spots, but still bright and interesting and, unlike the others, Osmium offers table service.
