MELBOURNE | I was invited to the reopening of the recently renovated Public House Richmond a few weeks back, and I’ve got to say that they’ve done a brilliant job of it. There are two rooftop bars, one above the other, with sweeping views of Melbourne’s CBD and beyond.
Food and drinks wise, it’s a decent selection of tasty crowd pleasures inspired by global eats, with something to suit everyone. It really is the view thought, that sets Public House apart from similar venues in the area.
I reckon I’ll be back, especially with Richmond being on the way home from the office (and going to the office slowly becoming a thing again), and the venue being pretty much opposite East Richmond station. This place has “Friday after work drinks with the work crew” written all over it.
