S08E03: The Collective Goes West

PODCAST | In this adventurous episode, we chronicle, in a somewhat drunken fashion, our journey in the west of Melbourne in the suburb of Footscray (or possibly Seddon). It’s a test of our memory with much of it relying on what beers we checked in and what we could recall walking to. We’ll be honest, even after this extensive breakdown, we’re still not entirely sure that we went to any of these places.

And if that wasn’t enough, Chris gets angry over some missing vowels on a beer label and we are joined by a surprise mystery guest (it’s Emily from Froth).

Featured beers: Ferrari Rocher – B20 and Lamingtonne Imperial Dark Ale by Bacchus Brewing Co.

He has travelled extensively and has eaten and enjoyed exotic delights ranging from instant ‘just add water’ potatoes while on a Russian train to snails and Brie from a tiny Montreal kitchen. Chris is a great lover of the experiences around and associated with food and believes the culture of a venue, as quirky or strange as it might be, is just as important as the food it sells.
