PODCAST | In this episode, our eighth and last stop on our 86 tram crawl, we visit one of the signature craft beer venues in Australia, Carwyn Cellars, and speak with the Bens (Duval and Carwyn) about how the venue came to be, the genesis of their fabled events, and what beers they take and what beers they refuse. It’s a journey that explores the mystery of the bar itself and goes behind the scenes to show how this wood-lined craft beer paradise really works.
And if all that wasn’t enough, we venture into the cellars of Carwyn Cellars to drink some beers that are almost as old as this podcast series.
This is the last part of our 86 Tram tour and the last episode of this season. We’ll be back in a month or so with more adventures.
Featured beers: Roi Du Temps Grand Cru by Dollar Bill Brewing, Pannepot – Old Fisherman’s Ale (2014) by De Struise Brouwers, and Luponic Distortion IPA Series: No. 011 by Firestone Walker Brewing Company.
