LAKES ENTRANCE | Wyanga Park Winery is a family owned and operated winery that was established in 1970. Located a short drive from the centre of town, they offer tastings and off premises sales of their wines, along with food in their restaurant and outdoor bush setting.
My favourite Wyanga wine is the Boobialla, a sweet and fruity take on a traditionally dry Sauvignon Blanc with the combination of a passionfruit nose and a fruity mouthfeel. Other styles include diverse whites and reds like Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Gewurztraminer.
As well as wine, the Wyanga Park is also famous for the exhibition of local artists that adorn their walls. You can also purchase house made jams, sauces, greeting cards and gift packs.
