PODCAST | In this bumper season closer, we breakdown our picks, both strange and brilliant, for Melbourne’s fabled Good Beer Week festival, and journey through Container C of the Melbourne GABS festival lineup, finding ourselves drooling just a little bit at what is to come. But all of this is just talk in preparation for our full-on vertical tasting of Mountain Goat’s Imperial Stout series, from 2015 to 2017. Not to give too much away, but it all involves a lot of high-alcohol booze. There’s even a Chris Issac reference, for reasons we can’t recall.
And if all that wasn’t enough we actually learn, via WikiHow, the steps to do a vertical tasting, and wonder what horizontal, diagonal, and Fibonacci tastings would look like.
