PODCAST | In this episode we ask the question: what makes a sour beer? We then answer that question with a series of confused looks and seemingly-random beer styles that we didn’t realise were actually classified as sour beers. We also discuss the state of sours today, explore what the future of sours might be, and plan how we might find said future, once our lips are suitably puckered, that is.
And if that wasn’t enough, we venture back to the world of To Øl’s fabled Reservoir Dogs-inspired colour series with a drop from this year’s range, and we also enjoy a very very berry beer.
Featured beers: Mr. Blonde 2018 by To Øl and Wild Blackberry by Hermitage Brewing.
