PODCAST | In this continuation of our journey on the 86 tram line, we visit Stomping Ground Brewing Co and speak with head brewer Ashur about what they brew, what they won’t brew, and what it is like to grow at such a rapid pace. It’s an episode that stretches from fruit beers to lagers to barley wines (which are life) and everything in between.
Finally, we let Ashur hear what other people say about his beers before asking him to review them himself, and discuss the brewery’s support of the Movember cause.
Note: In this episode Chris incorrectly mentions that Shannon, a man who made a ghost chili porter, is from CoConspirators Brewing Co. This is incorrect. He is actually from Old Wives Ales, and also flies his own flag with Wolfman Brewing. Sorry Shannon.
This episode is part of our 86 Tram tour. Catch the rest of the season weekly.
Featured beers: Guava Smash and Brick Tower from Stomping Ground Brewing Co.
