PODCAST | At this stop on our 86 tram line bar crawl we visit the incubator, the brand-new microbrewery from Fixation Brewing Co, and talk with Tom and Sam about turning an old warehouse outlet into a bar, the joys of creating an IPA-only brewery, and just what can be conjured in their self-imposed IPA prison. It’s a mammoth episode which really only scratches the surface of this interesting and very specialised brewery. We think this will make you believe in IPA.
